Eloisa is the Patient Navigator for UCSF Transgender Health. Eloisa handles all incoming calls, referrals, authorizations, and most scheduling of new consultations. Eloisa also coordinates documents and materials required for surgical assessment. She serves a liaison in behalf of transgender patients to and the practitioners and services that they may require throughout the organization. Eloisa was born and raised in Quezon City, Philippines and moved in the US in 2007. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration at University of Phoenix, and Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources from Waldorf University.
