Dr. Abby Cobb-Walch, MD (she/her) is Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Endocrinology at UCSF. She received her MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin, completed a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed a combined fellowship in adult and pediatric endocrinology at UCSF. Her clinical expertise lies in the medical care of transgender and gender diverse children and adults and general endocrinology care for children and adolescents. Dr. Cobb-Walch is passionate about providing high-quality, affirming care to all persons, and she is committed to advancing the care of transgender and gender diverse patients through clinical care, clinical research, education, and advocacy. At the UCSF Gender Affirming Health Program, Dr. Cobb-Walch providers hormone therapy specialty consultation and management.
